Initial situation
StepStone stands not only for simple and precise searches for jobs and employees, but also for exclusive and up-to-date knowledge about careers, recruiting and the labour market. StepStone publishes several studies on these topics every year.
CRENEO was mandated to develop a new visual language for the StepStone white-paper. The task was to develop new creative solutions for the information design. The current StepStone brand design parameters were to be used in an appealing and factual manner.
Target group specific information design
Each target group needs its own specific approach. Individualisation without losing the uniform tonality was a target definition for the new development of the StepStone white papers.
Present facts in an appealing way
The presentation of facts does not necessarily have to be dry. Rather, they can be communicated in a narrative, varied and interesting way by adding other design parameters.
