Initial situation
Meeting the demands of the future today – analogue and digital.
In a demanding market segment, the WKS Group has been a constant for years. Millions of people use the group’s products every week. Organic and inorganic growth have made the print holding company a heavyweight within its industry. At the same time, the WKS Group faced many challenges in integrating the newly acquired companies – both in terms of form and content. At the same time, the strategic goal of the WKS Group was to transfer the medium of print into the digital world, to expand the service portfolio and thus to open up new potential markets.
9 companies. 6 locations. One unit.
One of the central challenges of the new corporate website was the optimal integration of the newly acquired compa-nies within the group. The communication of a broad service portfolio, resulting from the know-how of the individual companies with a clear sender, was to be the goal. Among other things, a well thought-out page architecture and the linking of internal cross-references were the solution.
Good usability. High user satisfaction.
Satisfactory human-machine interaction is the central task of contemporary online offerings. Intuitive interface designplays a decisive role here. Clear and unambiguous feedback during interaction leads to a pleasant user experience. During the development of the new WKS corporate website, there were various testing phases including evaluation of the results. The resulting findings were used to optimise the final offer.

The WKS Group and CRENEO have been working together effectively for several years. So it was out of the question to implement our new website together with CRENEO. The result has convinced us. The new website is clearly structured and we feel visually well presented. The feedback from our customers has been extremely positive. At this point, we would like to thank you again for the successful cooperation.
